Toy Mountain Donations this Holiday Season

Throughout the year the Ontario Camaro Club, it’s members and it’s sponsors have been hard at work collecting toys for donation. The club has had donation bins at all of our show displays this year so that we could collect toys wherever we went. Williamson’s Chevrolet in Uxbridge even set up a donation bin in their showroom for us! The toys were destined for Toy Mountain, a charity that collects and distributes toys to children and families in need during the holiday season.

At our last club meeting at Wilson Niblett Chevrolet OCC members (including some new faces) showed up with toys in hand to make one last donation. We collected all of the donated toys and prepared them for delivery!

On December 12th we loaded up two beautiful brand new Camaro convertibles provided by Addison Chevrolet. Both cars were overflowing with toys as the OCC made it’s official presentation to Toy Mountain live on CTV News. Tom Brown was on hand to receive the donation from members of the OCC executive and coudn’t resist hopping in one of the convertibles!

The OCC would like to thank all of our members and supporters for their generous donations throughout the year. Special thanks to Mike Wells and Cindy Hunter for organizing the CTV presentation as well as Todd Williamson and all the staff at Williamson Uxbridge for the generous donations.

Be on the lookout for our donation bins at all the shows we attend next year!
